Friday's For The Love Of Chairs #10

Yesterday was the first day of school (that's why there was no blog post.  I had way too much on my plate what with my frantic running around making lunches, ironing clothes, and checking off school supply lists.).  My baby is officially in kindergarten!

In case you can't tell from the forced smile on his face, the boy wanted nothing to do with "first day" pictures.  He's a big time 2nd grader, so he's way too cool for all of that momarazzi madness.  The girl, however, was all about sporting her sassy kindergarten self for the camera.  She insisted on a backpack shot.

Rockin' the Hello Kitty!

Can you blame her?!

She enjoyed her first day very much, and I made it through the entire day without shedding a tear!  Being inside the classroom made me think about how much I just love school chairs!  They just make you feel like a kid again.  So in the spirit of back to school..............

Don't you just wanna have a Crayola party?!  While I adore all of these images, my personal fav above is the bathroom pic with the school chairs holding folded towels.  I just might need to copy this idea.

Happy Friday y'all!  I hope you have wonderful weekend!

On a side note - I want to thank you all so much for taking the time to leave me comments and for always being so supportive and encouraging!  It means a lot - really it does!  I read each and every one of your comments, and I appreciate them all.  Thanks for making this blogging adventure so much fun!
