February's List & Weekend Plans

I finally sat down with my notebook today.

I made this list with many things in mind - jury duty (boo), Valentine's Day festivities, and a fun girls weekend I have coming up at the end of the month!

I think this is do-able.  We'll see.  At the very least it will give me some direction and hopefully keep me from running around like a dog after a squirrel.  ;)  That's how I typically operate when it comes to projects in my home.

This weekend I hope to at least get the doors primed, but I also have some fun Valentine projects to work on with my kids.  I love crafting with them!  We're taking inspiration from Mr. Origami Yoda......

and also from Pinterest.  Where else?

I'll be back Monday to show you what we made.  Happy Weekend!  What are your plans?

  1. looking forward to seeing your valentines projects. happy weekend.

  2. I need to adapt this list idea of yours. I tend to be a bit all over the map too when it comes to decorating and projects around the house. I need to reign myself in! Crafting with the kids sounds like a great idea this weekend. Can't wait to see what you come up with. Have a good one!

  3. have a great weekend!!! i like andrea, and am just kind of all over the map, too. oh well! i don't think i will ever be organized that way! :) keeps it more entertaining. ;)
enjoy your weekend! emmy and i made the butterflies for her classmates! :)

  4. Your list seems do-able, even in this short month. I feel like I have a million projects always going at once. I think I'm just trying to drive myself crazy! Have fun crafting this weekend.

  5. I'm loving the monthly goal list Carmel. The girl's weekend sounds great!
I think I took too much on my plate for February. Deep breaths.
    Have a great weekend!

  6. We re having a Superbowl party, my daughter is going in for her kindergarten assessment (private school), and I'm hoping the baby and I can kick this cold. Even that feels like too much to ask of one weekend.

  7. Oh Lists! I make them mark off what I have done and make another. Are we really suppose to get through the list? LOL... Thanks for sharing. This is my first visit to your special space, I will follow on my way out as I am sure I will enjoy engaging and supporting your special place now I have found you,I hope you will find the some time to come visit me some time. Cheers SpecialK XoXo

  8. Your list definitely seems doable. I try to keep lists of projects to, if I don't I am all over the map. Good luck!

Be nice or I'll tell your mom! xoxo -C
