Chalkboard Advent Calendar

While I'm not one to bust out any Christmas decor before we eat the turkey, I am ready to start the countdown!  I'm blaming Karah, from The Space Between, who organized a fun advent calendar party.      Last year I did a candy advent calendar, but since we now have a giant chalkboard calendar to keep track of our daily chaos this seemed like the perfect place for us to countdown to Christmas.

I made a list of fun activities for us to do as a family as we countdown to Christmas Day.

And while it's kind of sad that November was erased before it was truly over, I am happy to have a little bit of a head start this year!

Do you do an advent calendar?  Be sure to check out these other great ideas for advent calendars from Design, Dining and Diapers, The Space Between, and Making Lemonade!

  4. All of these are on my list as well. I just need a giant chalkboard to remind me. Except for watching Elf. I never forget that.
