The Easiest Hot Crab & Artichoke Dip

Hello friends and happy Monday!  I was only planning to share this crab and artichoke dip recipe in my Instagram stories because it’s so ridiculously easy it almost doesn’t feel blog worthy.  But then I thought, well, what about those of you that aren’t on Instagram?  Or those that might want to pin this one to try later.  So while this dip recipe is so simple and easy to make that it hardly qualifies as a recipe, it’s just too good not to share here on the blog.  And it may be more of a recipe hack than an actual recipe, but that just makes it better if you ask me.  😉  Who doesn’t love having an easy party trick up their sleeve?

The base of this semi-homemade dip is this Trader Joe’s Artichoke and Jalapeño dip, which is amazing all on it’s own.  But when you add some lump crab and shredded cheese and bake it, oh my word is it so delicious!  Plus it looks like you put in a lot more effort than you actually did.  😉

Crab & Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Lump Crab
  • two 10 oz containers of TJ's Artichoke & Jalapeño Dip
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Manchebo Cheese plus Extra for Topping

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Pour into an oven safe dish and top with shredded cheese.
  4. Bake 10 to 15 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy!

This dip is also great with feta as well, and sometimes I like to add pimentos just to change it up a bit.  Serve with any crackers or chips you want.
