I guess you can tell by the blog name that I’ve moved quite a bit. Moving has allowed me to play with design and really hone my personal style. In every house I've called home I've learned something new about decorating. Though I don’t pretend to be an expert and am certainly not a hardcore DIY’er, I’m not afraid to decorate to the beat of my own drum or pick up a power tool every now and again. Fearlessness should never be underestimated! I’ve learned that a lot can be accomplished with a little gusto, hot glue, and grace. And I believe making your home your happy place should be fun not complicated. If there’s a design rule I follow, it’s this: A home should reflect the personality of the people who live under its roof. After all, home is the setting of your life story!
