A few things have changed in my kitchen since I first revealed it here on the blog back in February of this year. I figured it was time to take some new pictures. It’s mostly the same, except for a few accessory changes (like the framed print I showed you last week and my brass bear lamp), a new rug for the “working part” of the kitchen, and my new breakfast room table and chairs – oh and the stool I spray painted red. Enough with the talky-talky – here’s how she looks now (as in I took these photos last week).
Okay, wait, let’s look at how she looked before we bought the house. (Humor me – mmmmkay?)
Then we moved in and gave her a quick makeover.
(Side note: As a blogger it’s so hard to look at old posts and see how terrible your pictures were. Not that I’m any better now – but geesh!)
You can read all about the deets involved in this mini-renovation including distressing and adding moulding to our kitchen cabinets, taking a cabinet down to bring in a range hood, adding a back splash, and taking cabinet doors off to build in a microwave and wine cooler in this post here.
And now we’re right back where this post originally started. Here’s how she’s looking as of last week.
